Theta Nu Psi's mission is to provide past and present servicemen a climate in which individuals conjoin together to bestow experiences in order to actively contribute to the personal growth and development of our members, so that we can bring positive changes in the lives of individuals and our communities we serve.

A Theta Man should always find a way to overcome adversity. He shall find the inner strength and confidence to continue to move forward. Many times in life we are faced with things that will knock us down, and try to keep us down. A Theta man possesses the spirit of a warrior, and it is that quality that allows us to never lose the fight. A man of Theta Nu Psi, always vows to look ahead, and stand firm on the foundation that is perseverance.

A Theta Man should always have an inevitable thirst for knowledge, for knowledge is power. Education is the passport to the future; tomorrow belongs to those that have made preparations yesterday. Education is what allows you to turn mirrors into windows. Becoming a Theta Man means becoming a Nu you.

A Theta man consistently strives for purity of his mind, body, and soul. A man who is pure of thought, word and deed do not contract from hardship or lofty goals. He has no self-pity, rationalizations, or apologize. He possesses morals and gentleman like characteristics in every sense of the word.

A Theta Man possesses a modest or low view of his own importance. In order to truly be a servant, one must be willing to put others before yourself. Romans 12:3 "For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt with each one a measure of faith." A Theta man can remain confident while exuding humility.

Theta Nu Psi Military Fraternity Inc. was founded in Hampton Virginia on December 6, 2016, by four gentlemen Corneilous Wheaton, Antwan Mabry, Mark Shufford and Ryan Moore. Their vision to unite men from all walks of life to become a positive change agent and an influential person in society through diversity.
